What We Do  Comprehensive Results.....We provide the stress, strain and flex profiles over the entire printed circuit board due to the forces imparted by the test fixture.  Modeling Accuracy....The model of the board under test uses your fixture data, accurately placing board supports, pushfingers and probe forces.  Features specific to the fixture actuation method, such as perimeter gaskets and vacuum pressure are also modeled. Upfront Optimization....We use established finite element analysis techniques to determine the board's reaction to the forces applied to it during test.  With this information, you can optimize the fixture design up front, eliminating the need for costly rework.
